POLICY OF THE PROVIDER'S MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR VERIFICATION OF PROFESSIONAL LEVEL IN THE FIELD OF QUALITY

The Service Provider (Provider) of the professional level verification of LLC “CMLS”, in carrying out its activities, strives to meet the needs of the Customers to the fullest extent possible based on the level of service provision that excludes any deviations from the requirements of the Provider’s Management System and creates sustainable confidence of the Customers in the work of the Professional Level Verification Provider.

By implementing the Standard DSTU EN ISO/EC 17043:2017, the Professionalism Verification Provider has defined its policies, the main provisions of which are as follows

a) conducting professional level verification programs within the declared Scope of Accreditation in accordance with the requirements of DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17043:2017

b) providing the Customer with quality samples for professional level verification (which have been tested for homogeneity and stability);

c) observance of the competence, sustainable professional practice of the personnel and maintenance of reliability in the course of servicing the Customers;

d) the use of equipment that constantly provides the measurement accuracy/uncertainty necessary to ensure the reliability of the result in terms of traceability of measurement results to the International System of Units (SI);

e) use of the agreed products and services suitable for the Provider’s activities in the field of professional level verification;

f) application of the established methods and wishes of the Customer in the preparation of the verification programs;

g) applying appropriate statistical procedures for assigning values to properties;

h) adherence to the procedures for handling proficiency testing samples (distribution of samples, storage and transportation);

i) use of validated/approved statistical methods for processing the results provided by the Participants;

j) adherence to the proficiency testing and reporting program schedules;

k) providing as complete information as possible in the Reports on the results of the participation of customers in the verification programs in the form of tables, graphs, recommendations, etc;

l) maintaining, controlling and storing documented information about the Provider’s activities on the basis of traceability;

m) impartial and confidential handling of information related to the data of the Participants;

n) immediate and thorough resolution of claims and complaints and elimination of the causes that led to their occurrence;

o) Continuously analyzing the causes of non-compliance in order to prevent them;

p) undisputed compliance with the requirements of DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17043:2017 by both the management and the staff of the Professionalism Verification Provider.

The policies of the Professional Level Verification Provider reflect the core values of LLC “CMLS”, are part of the Company’s general policies and development strategy, as well as a tool for continuous improvement of the quality of services.

All personnel of the Professional Level Assessment Provider related to the activities of the Provider in conducting professional level assessment programs are familiar with the content and adhere to the established policies, procedures, and methods of statistical data processing in their activities, and comply with the requirements for confidentiality of information and impartiality.

The management of LLC “CMLS” assumes responsibility for the implementation of the Provider’s policies on professional level verification, fulfillment of the established goals and achievement of the relevant performance indicators, maintaining the integrity of the Management System, continuous improvement of its performance, taking into account the assessment of risks and opportunities.
