PROVIDER GOALS FOR THE 2025 PROFESSIONAL REVIEW (RT) PROVIDER
1. Expanding the list of PT programs
- Add new PT programs in response to market needs and participant requests.
- Expand the scope of PT schemes to new sectors (e.g. food processing, pharmaceuticals, environmental monitoring)
2. Increased satisfaction of participants
- Conduct an ongoing survey of participants to assess their level of satisfaction with DH programs.
- Improve the communication and technical support system for participants.
3. Professional development of personnel
- Conduct trainings or seminars for staff on the updated requirements of the standards.
- Provide internal training on the use of new methods of statistical analysis of RT results.
4. Preparation of some external audits and support for accreditation
- Conduct an internal audit of compliance with ISO/IEC 17043:2023 prior to the external audit.
- Implement all corrective actions identified from previous audits.
5. Improved grievance and appeals procedures
- Reduce the average time to resolve grievances and appeals to 10 days.
- Improve the process of documenting grievances and corrective actions taken.
6. Continuous improvement of the management system
- Review the effectiveness of DH policies and procedures on a quarterly basis.
- Introduce new initiatives to improve the overall effectiveness of the management system.
The fulfillment of the objectives will contribute to improving the quality of DH provider services of CMILS LLC, building member confidence and compliance with ISO/EC 17043:2023.
