On October 24-25, CMILS held a two-day seminar “Soybeans – Determination of quality indicators according to FOSFA contracts”. The event brought together specialists from the agricultural sector, who had the opportunity not only to get up-to-date information on soybean quality standards, but also to learn in practice methods of analyzing and evaluating products in accordance with international and national requirements.
The seminar focused on FOSFA, DSTU and ISO standards regulating key soybean quality parameters such as moisture, protein content, oil content, purity and other indicators. The requirements of each of these standards were discussed in detail, emphasizing their importance in ensuring product safety and contract compliance in domestic and foreign markets.
The seminar consisted of theoretical and practical sessions, which gave the participants an opportunity not only to listen to lectures, but also to consolidate knowledge in practical work. During the two days, specialists from CILS conducted detailed theoretical sessions, during which the participants received information on the latest trends in quality control, as well as familiarized themselves with modern methods of determining the main quality indicators of soybeans. The participants were given specific recommendations on the correct execution of documentation required for product certification in accordance with international contracts.
Much attention was paid to the exchange of experience among the participants, which is an important aspect for further professional development and improvement of quality control processes in the agro-industry. Through active communication, participants were able to discuss real work situations, exchange insights and find solutions to improve the quality of their products.
We are grateful to all participants for their active participation and efforts invested in this workshop! Your questions, comments and sharing of experiences made this event extremely productive and valuable. We invite you to our future events, where CMILS will continue to provide expert support and relevant information for success in the agricultural sector.
